Baking papers, which we introduced with the COOK brand in 1997 for the first time in Turkey, make it easy for you to work in the kitchen by keeping your baking trays clean.
During production of baking papers we do not use any animal, synthetic or vegetable oils. It prevents food from sticking to the pan and dispersing during servicing without the need of extra oiling thanks to its special silicone formula. And it is completely approved in contact with the food.
Baking papers should be used for baking and roasting processes in ideal conditions and should not exceed the maximum temperature specified on the package.
Pre-Cut Baking Paper
You can quickly and practically use cut baking papers that make your kitchen work easier.

One-sided Silicone Baking Papers
One side of our one-sided silicone baking papers is made from special siliconized formula while the other side is made from normal paper. One-sided silicone baking papers, which are an economical and disposable product, make it easy for you to work in the kitchen.
One-sided siliconized baking paper, which does not contain any animal, synthetic or vegetable oil in its production, prevents the food from sticking to the pan and dispersing during servicing without the need of extra oiling.

Double-sided Silicone Baking Papers
Both sides of the double-sided siliconized baking papers are produced with special siliconized formula in which its contact with food is approved. Double-sided siliconized baking paper, which you can also use on both sides, prevents the food from sticking to the pan and dispersing during servicing without the need of extra oiling.
During production of double-sided siliconized baking papers we do not use any animal, synthetic or vegetable oils. You can also use the other side by turning the paper after using one side of double-sided baking papers.
