ISO 9001:2008

ISO Certificates refer to quality management standards established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), which is based in Geneva and has more than 90 member countries.

The ISO 9000 Quality Standards Series is a set of standards that guide the establishment and development of a Quality Management System for enhancing customer satisfaction.

The ISO 9001 Certificate defines an effective quality management system which is the basis for documenting the requirements to be applied in the establishment of the Quality Management System. ISO 9001, which can be obtained by organizations meeting the requirements of this standard, is a guarantee that the products and services of the organization are produced in accordance with internationally accepted standards and the continuity of product and service quality can be ensured.

ISO 9001 Standard is a control mechanism. The purpose of the standard is to reduce and prevent errors and defects. ISO 9001 is not directly related to product and service quality; it is related to the quality of the management system. Standard is a form of quality management that envisages increasing customer satisfaction by meeting client expectations, needs and regulatory requirements.
